About This Program
There's something primal and exciting about working with fire and metal. In this workshop, students experience real blacksmithing - heating metal in a forge and shaping it with hammer and anvil to create their own mini sword.
We use a portable propane forge and take all necessary safety precautions. Students wear protective gear and work under close supervision. The result? A real forged blade they made themselves!
